professionals to diagnose, treat, and manage a diverse range of health conditions. Your role will encompass direct
patient care, clinical leadership, and active participation in quality improvement initiatives. The post-holder will
manage a caseload and address a wide spectrum of health needs within a primary care setting, ensuring the highest
