Central Cheshire Integrated Care Partnership (CCICP) is expanding its team of General Nursing Assistants (GNAs) who work

as part of the Integrated Placement of Care Hub. GNAs provide care and support to patients at home. Examples include

assisting with personal care, medication administration, working with a patient in the preparation of light meals,

assistance with catheters or stomas, and support with rehabilitation exercises.
