of Hours GP provides high-quality, safe, and effective urgent primary care to patients outside normal GP surgery opening

times. The role involves assessing, diagnosing, and managing a wide range of urgent clinical presentations through

telephone triage, remote consultation, face-to-face appointments, and home visits where required. The GP works

collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver responsive, patient-centred care while supporting NHS urgent
