About the Role

1. Job Purpose The Employed GP will provide high-quality, patient centred clinical care to the registered population,

working as part of a multidisciplinary team within a busy General Practice. The role includes acute and chronic disease

management, clinical decision making, and supporting the wider practice in delivering safe, effective primary

healthcare. 2. Key Responsibilities Clinical Duties Provide face-to-face, telephone, and online consultations for acute,

chronic, and preventative care. Undertake home visits where clinically appropriate. Make professional, autonomous

decisions in relation to patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment. Manage long-term conditions in line with local
