About the Role
Exciting opportunity to work in a rural practice operating within the West Berkshire Rural PCN.
We are looking for a new doctor to join our team. Ideally, we are looking to recruit 4 sessions working every Thursday
and either Tuesday or Wednesday as the other day.
Our sessional doctors are an integral part of our practice team. they take part in clinical meetings and full staff
meetings, contributing ideas for improvement and change with the leadership team. The doctors also meet every day for
coffee in protected time for peer mentorship but also a chance to catch up with each other outside of the 4 walls of the
