We’re seeking a motivated GP with a passion for frailty care to join our dynamic West Kent Home Treatment Service. This

is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of an expanding multidisciplinary frailty team, delivering high‑quality,

proactive care to patients in their own homes and community settings.
