About the Role

A formal job plan will be designed and agreed with the successful candidate. However, the following generic duties are

expected within the role: Clinical Responsibilities: The post-holder will: Make themself available to undertake a

variety of duties including surgery consultations, telephone consultations, visiting patients at home and in nursing

homes, checking and signing repeat prescriptions and dealing with queries, paperwork and correspondence in a timely

fashion. Be required to be on-call for clinically urgent and emergency problems and consequently be included in the

doctors on-call- rota. Be required to make home visits when oncall or duty Dr within the session time specified Make
