About the Role
A Vacancy at St George's University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
• An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Learning Disability Liaison Service based at Epsom & St Helier Hospitals on
a permanent basis.
• You will be primarily based at St. Helier's Hospital, however the Learning Disability Liaison Service is delivered
across Epsom, St. Heliers and St. George's Hospital. There will be occasions cover and support is required across our 3
acute hospital sites.
