About the Role
The York-based Gastrointestinal (GI) Cancer Clinical Nurse team has an exciting opportunity for a full-time, Band 6 CNS
to join a dynamic and welcoming group of 16 staff. You will deliver high-quality, holistic care to patients and their
families across the GI cancer pathway, using expert clinical knowledge to provide specialist advice, emotional support
and care coordination. This is a split role, combining the full scope of specialist CNS practice with taking lead
responsibility for coordinating, managing and developing the cancer follow-up programme and its associated systems.
