About the Role

GP Intermediate Care/Telemedicine - 4PAs a week

We are seeking to recruit General Practitioners to join our team within the Intermediate Tier Services (Community

Division) that provides care and treatment across our Intermediate Care and Virtual Ward services. All roles are

part-time with opportunities for extra shifts. (4.5PA per week including SPA). We are looking to develop a team of GPs

with interests in the care of older people and embed effective clinical leadership within our division. The roles are

crucial to assist in driving forward the care and treatment within our intermediate care unit and hospital at home
