GP on Triage

About the Role

In accordance with the Practice timetable, as agreed, the post-holder will: Hold your own list of patients. Make

him/her-self available to undertake a variety of duties including surgery consultations, telephone consultations,

visiting patients at home and in nursing homes, checking and signing repeat prescriptions and dealing with queries,

paperwork and correspondence in a timely fashion. Be required to be on-call for clinically urgent and emergency problems

and consequently be included in the doctors on-call- rota. Be required to make home visits for your own patient list
