About the Role
Key Responsibilities Clinical Responsibilities Provide high-quality, patient-centred general practice care to registered
and temporary patients presenting with acute and chronic medical conditions. Undertake clinical consultations including
face-to-face, telephone, and digital consultations as appropriate. Assess, diagnose, investigate, treat and refer
patients in accordance with best clinical practice and current NICE guidance. Prescribe medications and treatments in
line with local and national prescribing guidance. Maintain accurate, contemporaneous and legally compliant clinical
records within the clinical system. Undertake appropriate home visits when clinically required. Participate in the
