Graduate Support Worker
About the Role
This secondary setting offers a structured and supportive environment for young people who need additional help to
engage with learning and school life. The focus is on inclusion, emotional wellbeing, and giving students the stability
they need to make progress.The school works with small groups and one-to-one support, particularly for students with SEN
or SEMH needs. Staff are encouraged to take time to understand behaviour, build trust, and provide consistent support
throughout the school day.The role This position is well suited to graduates considering a career in education,
