Group Director of Nursing and AHP's Trauma and Neurosciences
About the Role
Provide senior clinical leadership within the group, working alongside the designated Group Clinical Director and Group
Director of Operations to deliver high quality performance. Together with the Group Clinical Director and Group Director
of Operations, ensure that local objectives are aligned to the trust organisational strategy and quality strategy.
Provide professional leadership across the group and line manage senior nurses, Modern Matrons and senior AHP staff as
indicated. Lead the implementation of the UHCW strategic nursing, midwifery and AHP objectives at group level and taking
organisational leadership, as appropriate. Provide expert clinical advice within the group reflecting NMC/AHP
