About the Role
Strategic Develop Oncology and Haematology Services Group long-term strategic direction Work in conjunction with Trust
and other agencies in developing strategies for meeting local transformation objectives and delivery of the NHS 10 Year
Plan Develop a multidisciplinary team approach to patient interventions and participate in the development of clinical
pathways Be responsible for service redesign to improve patient care in line with strategic policies Research, audit and
write business cases to support proposals for service redesign Develop and implement the Emergency Services Group Health
Care Plan and, in conjunction with Clinical Directorates, agree the level of support required to deliver service
