About the Role
Key Responsibilities Professional & Clinical Leadership Provide visible, accessible leadership across all gynaecology
services. Act as a role model for nursing practice and promote continuous professional development. Lead the development
of specialist gynaecology nursing services (Colposcopy, Hysteroscopy, Urogynaecology, Fertility, Endometriosis). Ensure
compliance with NMC standards and support revalidation. Manage budgets, resources, and workforce planning, including
rotas and skill mix. Participate in strategic planning and delivery of departmental objectives. Quality & Standards
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and infection control. Monitor clinical and non-clinical performance and
