About the Role

We have a full time secondment opportunity within Gynaecology for a Practice Development Nurse (PDN) who will be

responsible for developing and enhancing specialist nursing knowledge, skills & competencies within Gynaecology

directorate.

The post holder will make appropriate use of the latest evidence to share and develop the practice of nursing staff

within the service and will be expected to supervise practice, audit clinical care, teach and support nursing staff and

to provide skilled professional leadership and guidance within Gynaecology.
