About the Role

The post holder will be responsible for triaging suspected cancer referrals within the gynae‑oncology pathway. This

includes coordinating and requesting investigations, arranging pre‑assessment for diagnostic procedures, delivering

results, and making tertiary referrals where appropriate.

The role will support and contribute to the delivery of the Faster Diagnosis Standard.

In addition, the post holder will provide a holistic, patient‑centred service by offering evidence‑based information and

advice to patients on the gynae‑oncology cancer pathways, supporting them and their families throughout their journey to
