Haematology Administration Support
About the Role
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Clinical 1) Triage and action Haematology CNS patient calls. Triage individuals contacting
the service face to face or by telephone/ email and work autonomously to prioritise needs and initiate appropriate
response according to protocols and individual pathways.2) Coach patients and carers on how to make contact when they
feel that their condition or needs have changed, including what to do out of hours. Coach patients and carers to
understand what signs, symptoms, or situations to be aware of that would indicate concern3) Collection of Audit data for
patient satisfaction surveys and disease specific quality of life surveys.4) Assist in providing evidence based
