responsibilities include: To contribute to the leadership and development and organisation of Haematology services in

line with the Trusts business plans for quality activity and business targets. To ensure that all staff work within the

trusts framework for corporate governance including standing orders, standing financial instructions and financial

procedures. To promote interdisciplinary team working between across the Trust. The post holder will contribute to

effective communication and involvement of staff across the CSU including support to the service manager and Head of
