About the Role
Haematology Ward Manager - 12 month fixed term contract
The Haematology Ward cares for people having treatment for blood or bone marrow disorders.
As the acting Ward Manager you will contribute to the smooth operational running of the ward, acting as a role model for
junior team members and supporting the development and delivery of a high standard of specialist nursing care.
In this role you will be responsible for the development and support of a team of nurses. You will have the opportunity
to develop your personal, managerial and leadership skills. We place a high priority on education and support for all
