About the Role

As Hairdresser, you will provide professional hairdressing services that help residents look and feel their best while

supporting their confidence, wellbeing and dignity. You will offer a range of services including cutting, styling,

washing and blow drying residents' hair, ensuring every resident receives personalised attention and a comfortable salon

experience. Building positive relationships with residents will be an important part of your role as you help them

maintain their preferred style and routine. You will maintain a clean, organised and welcoming salon space, ensuring all
