About the Role
Flexible shifts are available for professional Care Assistants at a 40-bed residential home in Codnor. You will support residents with age-related illnesses, ensuring their comfort and well-being while assisting with mobility, nutrition, and hygiene. Immediate starts are offered for those who meet the requirements.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily mobility and hygiene tasks
- Support nutritional needs and meal assistance
- Complete housekeeping tasks as required
- Follow health and safety guidelines diligently
- Report condition updates to senior staff members
Requirements
- Two employment references, one from a care home
- In-date mandatory training certificates
- Enhanced DBS certificate within the last 12 months
- Practical experience with hoists and slings
- Minimum of 6 months paid UK care home experience

Compensation
