About the Role

We are seeking Compassionate and Experienced Complex Care HCA's and Support Workers to provide high-quality,

person-centred care to individuals with complex needs, including mental health conditions, learning disabilities,

autism, acquired brain injuries, and challenging behaviours.

You will be responsible for delivering specialist support to patients in community-based or residential settings,

helping them maintain independence and improving their quality of life.
