JOB DESCRIPTION JOB TITLE: HCA/NURSING ASSISTANT/PHLEBOTOMIST REPORTS TO: Nursing Lead Partner - Clinical Practice
Manager - Administrative Head of Ops - Administrative HOURS: 37.5 hours per week Job Summary: To assist with the
provision of nursing services to patients attending the practice and assisting the nurses and GPs in the provision of
general and specialist medical services. Job Responsibilities: Assist in and perform routine tasks related to patient
care as directed by senior nursing staff and GPs Maintain and clean equipment used by the nurses and GPs according to
the practice Infection Control Policy Maintain GP and Nurses rooms, stocking and rotating items as required Chaperoning
