HCA / Phlebotomist

About the Role

The successful candidate will primarily be responsible for performing venepuncture during morning clinics. In the

afternoon, they will autonomously run their own clinics, managing patient care independently. This role requires a

confident and skilled HCA who can work efficiently and effectively with minimal supervision while maintaining high

standards of patient care. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of laboratory procedures and

techniques, along with excellent patient service skills. As a Health Care Assistant / Phlebotomist, you will work

closely with healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being of patients while assisting with various clinical tasks.
