About the Role

Job summary The post holder will assist with the delivery of care management to the service population and undertake

tasks and duties delegated by a GP/ Nurse or other suitably qualified clinical professional strictly in accordance with

service practice guidelines and protocols. This role will support a variety of services across the organisation. The

post holder will at all times demonstrate and behave in a manner in accordance with the organisations policies and

protocols. Key responsibilities New patient registration checks, NHS Health Checks, including completing any necessary

paperwork and referrals within the practice BP Monitoring Urinalysis Phlebotomy Prepare and maintain environments and
