About the Role
Northbrook College, part of the Chichester College Group HE Counsellor [Ref: NBK3970] Pro rata of £31,279 - £34,189 per
annum (i.e.£5,197.12 - £5,680.63) 7.4 hours per week, 36 weeks per year Fixed term until 30 June 2026 A fixed term post
has arisen for an HE Counsellor at our Northbrook College, based at our West Durrington site. The postholder will
provide individual, confidential counselling to HE students ensuring that they receive timely and appropriate support to
enable them to achieve their academic potential. The postholder will promote and deliver the provision as a
student-centred service ensuring an effective and consistent service. You will work within the “Ethical Framework for
