About the Role
* Organise, plan and prepare meals ensuring that all home cooked food not only looks and tastes delicious but also
reflects the preferences and dietary requirements of each resident.
* Provide guidance and training to care teams on understanding and implementing safe and appropriate textured food
options for residents, ensuring compliance with dietary standards (e.g. IDDSI).
* Lead, motivate and inspire your kitchen team to develop and upskill.
* Comply with industry and Meallmore quality, hygiene and cleanliness standards.
