Head Housekeeper

About the Role

As Head Housekeeper, you will set the standard for cleanliness, comfort, and pride across the home. You will manage and

support a dedicated housekeeping team, leading by example and ensuring every resident's room, corridor, and communal

area reflects our high standards. Your role includes supervising daily housekeeping operations, training and motivating

staff, monitoring quality, and maintaining a safe and hygienic environment throughout the home.

* Proven experience in housekeeping or facilities management

* A calm, hands-on leadership style
