About the Role

The Head of Care Operations at Lagan's Foundation is a pivotal leadership role, responsible for ensuring high-quality care delivery for children and families. This position requires a Registered Nurse with strong leadership skills to oversee clinical quality, workforce development, and strategic growth across multiple care hubs in the North West.

Responsibilities

• Maintain nursing accountability for care delivery.
• Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and quality standards.
• Lead audits and quality improvement initiatives.
• Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead for the organization.
• Manage and mentor Area Care Team Leaders and Senior Carers.
• Contribute to financial planning and budget management.
• Represent Lagan's Foundation at professional meetings.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with active NMC PIN.
• Strong leadership and people management experience.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and clinical governance.
• Experience in community-based or family-centered care.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
