About the Role
The Head of Children’s Therapies will lead and shape integrated therapy services, focusing on service development and transformation. This role requires a dynamic AHP with clinical and strategic leadership experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead service development and transformation across therapies
- Drive workforce planning and innovation
- Collaborate with MDT colleagues for patient-centred care
- Mentor AHP teams to achieve their potential
- Influence service delivery at local and Trust-wide levels
Requirements
- Experience in clinical and strategic leadership
- Background in Speech and Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, or Dietetics
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to meet quality standards and KPIs

Compensation
Band 8B salary, to be discussed based on experience and qualifications.
