therapy staff Primary care including GPs Safeguarding team Corporate and CHS Quality and Performance Teams Senior

Managers and Clinical Leads Local Directorate Management Team including Deputy Director, Head of Clinical Services,

Clinician and Medical Director, Administrative teams Finance, Performance and IT teams Integrated Care Teams including

transformation place-based leads and Commissioners, Secondary care senior managers and service leads Local Authorities

and Social Care colleagues Other local healthcare organisations, NHS or non-NHS
