About the Role

Reporting to the Deputy Director of Community Health Services, the post holder will be an integral member of the Senior

Leadership Team. They will be accountable for the delivery of the Place based Operational, Performance, Quality and

financial performance of services. They will be responsible for the effective management of human resource, financial

resource, quality and governance across the designated service lines.

The Head of Clinical Services will work collaboratively with the Deputy Director, Clinical Director and Professional

Leadership team to drive and deliver excellent integrated clinical care pathways, and provide a highly visible,
