Head of Dementia Care Location: The Lakes, south cerney, GL7 5TL Salary: £34,000 per annum Hours: 37.5 Hours per week
ABOUT THE ROLE Are you a care leader with experience working in a dementia care setting, with the passion to make a
difference? Can you lead a team of people to deliver outstanding care to our residents living with dementia, by
delivering the highest quality care? Our care teams make a real difference every day and your professionalism, teamed
with kindness and compassion, will be at the core of everything you do. Working collaboratively with the home management
team, you will lead on and develop the provision of person-centred care for our residents living with dementia to meet
