About the Role

We are seeking a strategic Head of Fees and Income to oversee tuition fees, billing, and income collection at GBS UK. This role is essential for driving financial sustainability, ensuring regulatory compliance, and enhancing the student experience. Collaborating with senior leadership and various departments, you will optimize income streams and support our long-term institutional goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic development of tuition fee policies
• Oversee student billing and income collection

Requirements

• Experience in student finance in higher education
• Strong knowledge of UK tuition fee structures
• Excellent financial acumen and reporting skills
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement
• Ability to develop fee policies aligned with goals
• Experience in debt recovery and income efficiency

Compensation

Salary ranges from GBP65,000 to GBP70,000, commensurate with experience.

Location & Schedule

This is a permanent, on-site position based in London, Greenford.
