About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and innovative leader to influence safer staffing through use of e-rostering

capability and associated digital systems. This 12-month secondment post offers the opportunity for an existing clinical

leader to experience and gain skills in corporate leadership and develop technical skills across the Allocate suite of

systems. You will be energised by data analysis and directly influence patient safety by ensuring the right staff, with

the right skills, in the right place, at the right time.
