About the Role

If you’re an experienced communications and engagement manager, UWE Bristol has a fantastic opportunity to join our

newly formed Transformation and Improvement Service as Head of Internal Communications and Engagement.

You will provide strategic leadership to the University’s Internal Communications and Engagement Team, developing and

delivering internal communication and engagement strategies that bring our vision and values to life, connect staff to

our purpose, and provide opportunities for genuine dialogue and collaboration. You will act as a trusted advisor to

senior leaders, ensuring authentic, inclusive, and innovative communication approaches that align with institutional
