About the Role
To manage the day to day care and multi-disciplinary operations provided at Naomi House, in support of the Director of
Care. To provide clinical leadership to the Clinical Team Managers and Care Team, whilst maintaining own expert clinical
practice, ensuring compliance with the policies, procedures and guidelines of Wessex Childrens Hospice Trust. To provide
specialist education and training to Care Team Key Responsibilities To assist the Director of Care (as Registered
Manager) in fulfilling the requirements of the Care Quality Commission, enabling children and their families to receive
specialist care in a purpose-built unit. To provide clinical leadership to all members of the Care Team, actively
