We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Nursing to lead our nursing teams across the hospital Inpatient wards,

Day Surgical Pathway, Pre-assessment, OPD Nursing. This is a pivotal role, reporting directly to the CNO, and offers the

opportunity to:

* Provide visible, inspiring leadership and ensure delivery of safe, high-quality, compassionate care.

* Drive strategic initiatives, workforce planning, and digital transformation.
