About the Role
Detailed job description and main responsibilities Leadership & Performance Management In partnership with the Clinical
Director and General Manager, provide leadership to all Directorate staff, ensuring clear communication of Trust and
Directorate values, vision, priorities and expectations to ensure the engagement of teams to deliver services of the
highest quality. In partnership with the Clinical Director provide professional and clinical leadership to Directorate
staff. To contribute to the development, implementation and monitoring of the Directorate Service Delivery Plan In
partnership with the Clinical Director and General Manager, develop and deliver the strategy and performance management
