About the Role

To provide strategic and operational leadership of all nursing and clinical services, ensuring safe, effective, and

person-centred care in accordance with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulations and the charitys values. The

postholder will act as the CQC Registered Manager, holding legal responsibility for compliance with all relevant

standards, and will lead the nursing workforce to deliver high-quality, compassionate Hospice at Home services.
