About the Role
The Head of Pupil Wellbeing will promote the safeguarding and wellbeing of pupils at Cransley School, working closely with staff and parents to ensure a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee pupil wellbeing initiatives and safeguarding policies.
- Manage Senior School form tutors and pastoral support staff.
- Collaborate with the Head of Junior School on wellbeing strategies.
- Ensure compliance with Independent Schools Standards.
- Support the development of a positive school culture.
Requirements
- Experience in educational leadership or child welfare.
- Knowledge of safeguarding regulations and practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to foster a nurturing school environment.
- Relevant qualifications in education or child development.

Compensation
Salary ranges from £51,151 to £55,213 pro-rata, based on experience and qualifications, with a flexible teaching allocation of 0.2-0.4.
Location & Schedule
Located in Great Budworth, Cheshire, with a working week ending at 1:30 PM on Fridays.
