About the Role
Our SEN School client is currently looking for an exceptional Head of Residential Care to lead and manage a team of
Staff including Care Workers for a residential provision that provides high quality care to children with Special Needs
and support to their families.
The overarching responsibility of the role is to:
• Set the standards of care and be responsible for all the management aspects of running the Residential provision in
accordance with the aims and objectives.
