About the Role
The Head of Workforce EDI at Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust will lead initiatives to foster an inclusive workplace culture. Responsibilities
- Lead the workforce EDI portfolio and articulate expected outcomes.
- Design and implement programme management for EDI initiatives.
- Align EDI interventions with Trust strategy and business needs.
- Support development of delivery plans based on staff survey insights.
- Prepare investment and business cases for EDI projects.
Requirements
- Relevant graduate or postgraduate degree in social sciences.
- Significant experience in delivering cultural change in organizations.
- Proven track record in implementing workforce EDI strategies.
- Strong influencing and communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
- Expert knowledge of evidence-led EDI interventions.
