About the Role

The Head of Workforce EDI at Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust will lead initiatives to foster an inclusive workplace culture. This role involves implementing workforce EDI strategies, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with national NHS standards. Responsibilities

• Lead the workforce EDI portfolio and articulate expected outcomes.
• Design and implement programme management for EDI initiatives.
• Align EDI interventions with Trust strategy and business needs.
• Support development of delivery plans based on staff survey insights.
• Prepare investment and business cases for EDI projects.

Requirements

• Relevant graduate or postgraduate degree in social sciences.
• Significant experience in delivering cultural change in organizations.
• Proven track record in implementing workforce EDI strategies.
• Strong influencing and communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Expert knowledge of evidence-led EDI interventions.
