About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an accomplished and inspirational Head Vet to join a modern, purpose-built

veterinary practice in Lincoln. As the surgery’s senior clinician and a key member of the leadership team, the Head Vet

is responsible for consistently driving exceptional customer service and outstanding clinical care, while actively

promoting pet wellbeing, delivering preventive services, and treating sick and injured pets.

The role leads the continuous improvement of the surgery’s clinical capability and the upskilling of colleagues,
