Health and Environment Technician Apprentice
About the Role
Join the City of London Corporation as a Health and Environment Technician Apprentice. This role supports the Health & Safety and Property Team in managing health and safety risks across Epping Forest. You'll gain hands-on experience while assisting in the implementation and monitoring of safety systems, contributing to a positive safety culture, and developing essential skills in health and safety management.
Responsibilities
- Assist in compiling and analyzing health and safety data.
- Support incident investigations and identify corrective actions.
- Maintain health and safety records and risk assessments.
- Participate in health and safety meetings and initiatives.
- Promote health and safety information across the organization.
Requirements
- GCSE in English and Maths (grade 4).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and logical thinking.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Physical fitness for on-site tasks.

Compensation
The annual salary for this apprenticeship is £25,780.
Location & Schedule
Work is based at Epping Forest, Monday to Friday, 9:15 am - 5:00 pm.
