About the Role

What skills and experience we're looking for

Experience supporting pupils with multiple and complex SEND.

- Understanding of developmental stages, social, cognitive, motor, and communication skills.

- Awareness of the SEND Code of Practice and relevant legislation (e.g., KCSIE).

- Ability to use AAC methods and communication aids.

- Strong literacy, numeracy, ICT, and administrative skills.
