About the Role
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Provide personal care including washing, dressing, toileting, and feeding.
* Support mobility needs such as repositioning, transferring, and using mobility aids.
* Assist with meals, hydration, and monitoring dietary needs.
* Observe, record, and report any changes in patients’ physical or emotional condition to senior staff.
* Support patients with social, emotional, and recreational activities.
