About the Role
The Health Care Assistant will provide person-centred domiciliary care to adults within their own homes in
Askam-in-Furness (LA16 7BN) and surrounding localities.
Care is delivered in accordance with:
• Individual Care Plans
• Risk Assessments and Moving & Handling plans
• Medication Administration Records (MAR)
